LETTER to share with others

Dear (name), my wife and I wanted to share something with you. We want you to hear that you are loved. God loves you so much that He already died to meet you. Did you hear that? He already died to meet you. We are all sinners and do not deserve Heaven. However, Jesus the Christ loved you and me so much that He died for all our sins and was buried and resurrected the third day to show you and all mankind that the payment for sin is PAID IN FULL. Did you hear that? He paid for ALL YOUR SINS, even the ones that you have not committed yet! Christ did all the work; He said IT IS FINISHED! The Gospel (Good News) of Christ is clearly explained in I Corinthians 15:1-4.

  • I Corinthians 15:1-4: Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.

Heaven is a perfect place. Perfection is only allowed in Heaven. Man is a sinner and deserves Hell. However, when we believe in Christ alone for salvation (believe He died on the Cross for all our sins, burial, and resurrection) we receive the perfection required to get to Heaven and we are forever going to Heaven because Christ paid for ALL sins. None of us deserve this amazing gift of eternal life in Heaven. It is by God’s grace.

  • Romans 3:23-24: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.

  • Ephesians 2:8-9: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

  • Hebrews 10:10,12,14: By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

Sin requires a death payment. This is why Jesus Christ came to this earth. Jesus Christ came to save us from a Hell we deserve to a Heaven we don’t. Christ is the only ONE who can make a perfect sacrifice for sin -His death for our debt of sin. When a person believes in Christ alone as their only Hope of going to Heaven and their only Hope of not going to Hell, they receive Eternal Life that second they believe. Eternal Life is given the second a person believes. Eternal Life is the free gift freely received in Christ when we believe in Him and what He did for us at Calvary.

  • Romans 6:23: For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

  • John 3:16-18: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

If you read the verses above, it says Jesus Christ comes to SAVE us and the only people condemned are the people who DO NOT BELIEVE. Jesus Christ died on the Cross for their sins, His burial, and His resurrection. The only ones condemned are the ones who have NOT put their trust or faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior. Jesus Christ paid the payment for sin in full; the Father accepted Jesus Christ’s death payment for sin. Jesus Christ resurrected to show us the payment for sin is Paid in Full!

  • Romans 4:25: Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

Confirmation, Confession, Communion, Water Baptism, following Ten Commandments, member of a Church, asking Jesus into your heart, turning from sin, doing “good works” will never save any person. A person is saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus Lord Savior. Good people do not go to Heaven. Bad people do not go to hell. We are all sinners and we need Christ’s perfection imputed to our account (we need Christ’s righteousness imputed to our account) which is received by faith in Christ alone.

  • II Corinthians 5:21: For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

  • Philippians 3:9: And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith.

  • Romans 4:4-6: Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works.

Once you believe Jesus Christ died on the Cross for your sins, burial and resurrected for you; you are forever placed in Jesus Christ’s hands, God the Father's hands, and sealed by Holy Spirit of Promise. God the Father wants you to know you have Eternal Life. Once saved, always saved!

  • John 10:28-30: John 10:28-30: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. I and my Father are one.

  • Ephesians 1:13-14: Ephesians 1:13-14: In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

  • I John 5:13: These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

This is why the Gospel is called “Good News.” It is “Good News” because Christ did all the work -He paid the price for sin by His death and proves the payment for sin is paid in full by His resurrection. It is “Good News” because He freely gives the gift of eternal life forever to any person who places their only hope in Jesus Christ to save them from a Hell they deserve to a Heaven they do not deserve. It is “Good News” because the work is done, it is free, and it is eternal which means a person can never lose their salvation.

People DO NOT go to Hell because they are “bad.” People go to Hell because they believe NOT the Gospel of Jesus Christ. People trust NOT in Jesus Christ as their Savior. People believe NOT Jesus Christ died on the Cross for their sins, burial, and resurrection. People do NOT trust alone in the finished redemptive work of Jesus Christ.

  • II Thessalonians 1:8-9: In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power.

If you have never received Jesus Christ as Savior, what is stopping you right now from accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior? In your mind, you can say something, "I don't know everything; however, I know I am a sinner. I know I do not want to go to Hell when I die. I want to go to Heaven when I die. I believe that Jesus Christ died on the Cross for ALL my sins (past, present, and future), buried for me, and resurrected for me." If you want to talk, please let us know. My cell number is (218) 290-1051.

Sincerely, in HIS Grip / John 10:28-30
